Reiki Distance Healing Sessions
Reiki is a Japanese form of energy work that cleanses and balances the energy system in the body. As a result, the body's natural self-healing mechanisms strengthen, known as the Universal Life Force Energy, helping to establish optimum health. During a session, I work directly with your energy field to remove blockages, detoxify your system, and restore your vital life force energy. Reiki utilizes a gentle laying of hands or sends the energy to conduct the necessary energy force between us. A Reiki practitioner does not need to be in the same space as the person receiving energy. The benefits of Reiki range from the release of habitual mental/emotional stress, trauma to alleviating chronic pain.
Reiki can aid in healing Chakras and Aura. Chakra and Aura healing will empower the person receiving Reiki. Once the blockages have been removed, I will help fill the space with white light. White light is divine energy from source. We all have white light, but as we go through our daily lives our Life Force Energy weakens. Reiki is uplifting, wonderful and calming to the body, mind and spirit.

Reiki Certification for Spiritual Growth
Reiki is a mind, body, spirit modality. There are four levels of Reiki in the Usui system. Each level deepens the spiritual connection. Level 1 is the beginning of the certification process. The new practitioner will receive an attunement from the teacher. An attunement increases the Life Force Universal energy to Reiki vibration. Each attunement raises the vibration of the practitioner. The new practitioner can give Reiki to self or other living beings. Each student will learn how to clear and prepare space for a Reiki session, a history lesson and the details of a healing treatment. Reiki Level 2 is for sending energy to another or group and also to self. Reiki Level 3 is for material objects. Reiki Level 4 is the Master Level. Each student will receive directions on how to do a 60 minute or 90 minute session. The Master Level is for teaching and giving attunements.
Angel Healing
Angel Healing connects client to their guardians. Once the connection takes place, the healing begins. Sessions typically last 45 minutes to about 60 minutes or until the receiver is finished. Sessions can aid the receiver in making important decisions, begin to heal trauma, teach the receiver how to connect spiritually, overcome emotional blocks, realign with soul purpose. The healing benefits are endless. The practitioner holds a space for healing, connects client with angelic guardians and guides client. Counseling then follows at the end of the session.
Massage and Bodywork
Massage therapy and bodywork sessions are relaxing, flowing with a combination of deep strokes to medium. These combinations can enhance deep relaxation for healing. Hot stones are available.

Dry brushing moves lymphatic fluid and removes dead skin. Followed by hot towels and aromatherapy oil to replenish skin.
Aromatherapy Sugar scrubs to exfoliate body with hot towels to melt away tension.
